First visit
What to expect.
A small, private studio runs differently to a salon. Here's exactly what happens from booking to walking out the door.
1. Book online
Pick your service and a day that suits. I'll personally confirm — usually within an hour — via your preferred channel (WhatsApp is fastest).
2. Quick hair history
For first-time colour clients I'll send a few questions ahead of time — past colour, box dye, anything chemical in the last year. Nothing tricky, just so I can plan and quote accurately.
3. Consult on arrival
Before scissors or colour touches your hair, we sit down with a coffee, look at your inspo pics, and agree on the plan and the price. No pressure, no upselling.
4. The appointment
One client at a time, no double-booking. Take your shoes off, charge your phone, watch a show — the studio is calm and the time is yours.
5. Aftercare + rebook
I'll show you the right way to maintain your colour at home and book in your next visit if you want — no obligation, no penalty if you'd rather wait and decide.
Quick tips before you come in
- ·Bring screenshots — Pinterest, Instagram, anything. Visuals help more than words.
- ·Day-2 hair is fine, even better for upstyles. Don't stress about washing the morning of.
- ·Wear a tee or button-up if you're getting colour, just in case.
- ·Allergies, medications, pregnancy — let me know on the booking form so I can plan around them.
- ·Friends and well-behaved kids are welcome — give me a heads-up so I can set up.
A note on the address
The studio is in a private home in Narangba — for privacy I send the exact address with your booking confirmation. There's plenty of off-street parking and the door is just inside the gate.
