For first-time colour clients, yes — a quick 10-15 minute consultation lets us look at your hair history and price the work accurately. Repeat clients can usually book straight in.

When you submit a booking online I'll personally confirm via WhatsApp, Messenger, phone or email — whatever you picked on the form.

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may incur a 50% rebooking fee. Life happens — just message me as early as you can.

Long colour services (balayage, full foils, bridal) require a 30% deposit. Smaller services (cuts, blow-dries, toners) don't need one.

Card (tap or insert), bank transfer, or cash. Afterpay isn't currently offered.

They're starting prices. Hair length, density, and the work needed all change the final number. You'll always be quoted exactly before we start.

Wash less often, lukewarm water, sulfate-free shampoo, purple shampoo once a week, UV protection in summer. A toner refresh every 6-8 weeks keeps things looking fresh between full colours.

Both are bond-builders that protect and rebuild the bonds inside your hair when you lighten it. Every chemical service here includes one as standard.

Yes — trial in studio, then on-site styling on the day. Travel within South-East Queensland is included up to 30 km.
