Booking & cancellation

Plain English — no fine print games.

Booking confirmation

Online bookings are requests until I confirm them. You'll hear from me within a few hours (usually faster) via WhatsApp, Messenger, phone, or email — whichever you picked. Once confirmed, the slot is yours.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required for long colour services (balayage, full foils, colour corrections) and bridal bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled appointment if you give 24+ hours' notice.

Cuts, blow-dries and toner refreshes don't need a deposit.

Rescheduling

Need to change your time? Just message me with at least 24 hours' notice and I'll happily move things around. Inside 24 hours I'll do my best, but slots can be tight.

Cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may incur a 50% rebooking fee, which has to be paid before the next booking. I'd rather not — life happens, just let me know as early as you can.

Late arrivals

A 10-minute grace window is no problem. Beyond that, the appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked depending on what's on the calendar after you.

Colour redo guarantee

Not loving the colour after a couple of days? Get in touch within 10 days and I'll fix it free of charge. Outside the window or if it's a different look you've decided on, normal pricing applies.

Studio etiquette

  • It's a private home studio — please don't share the address publicly.
  • Friends and well-behaved kids are welcome — give me a heads-up so I can set up.
  • No smoking, vaping or pets in the studio.
